Then we see Tubbs and Castillo talking with the doctor. Filming location unknown.

Then we cut to the OCB interior, filmed on studio set.

While there, Carlos call Trudy. His location is unknown but it appears to be the same location (Bayview Motel) where we saw him meet Trudy.

Then we see the Doctor leaving his residence. Fortunately we see a couple of his neighbor’s houses in this scene. One in particular stands out as we see the same view, though closer up in Heart of Night. I recognize that house right away as it is the residence of the one and only Lt. Castillo. The doctor’s house was 3350 Poinciana. Sometime in the second half of 2002 the doctors house was torn down and a new larger house now sits on the property.

Castillo’s house is seen in the background, lucky break for me.

Then we see C+t arrive at Trudy’s. This was filmed at 1436 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach.

Then we see Trudy being led into a building to meet the doctor. This may look familiar to you as this was filmed on location at the old South Beach Elementary School. Where they filmed The Big Thaw. In that episode this was the Fountain of Youth Nursing Home. She is lead into the front of the building in the hall at the center as was used in The Big Thaw. The parking lot we saw so much of in The Big Thaw is seen in the background.

They walk into the room straight ahead at the end of the hallway where she is taken captive.

Then we cut to the interior of the OCB. Filmed on studio set.

Then it cuts back to Trudy, filmed inside the South Beach Elementary School.

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs at the doctor’s house. Filmed on location at 3050 Poinciana Avenue. There they find Crockett’s favorite reporter hanging around the backyard.
