The episode starts at a wedding. This was filmed on location at the Church of The Little Flower, 2711 Indian Mound Trail, Coral Gables, Fl. We see this same location used in the movie, The Specialist.

Then we see the wedding party driving along a canal. This was filmed in Coral Gables not far from the church we just saw them leaving. It was filmed eastbound on Taragona Drive toward Alhambra Court. The camera is panning from it’s location on Alhambra Court just north of the bridge over the canal.

Then we see the standard season 5 opening montage.

Act 1 opens with an exterior establishing shot of the OCB. This footage was first seen in episode 7, No Exit. Also seen in Lombard, and One Way Ticket.

Then we go inside. Filmed on stage at Greenwich Studios.

While there Sonny gets a call from Caroline. She is in her new home. Filming location unknown. I would not be surprised to learn that it was in the Coral Gables area near the church/ambush scenes.

Sonny pays her a visit and discovers that she is in a family way. The airplane is stock footage, Caroline’s house is an unknown location.

Then we go to the burial. This was reportedly filmed at Woodlawn Cemetery, at 3260 SW 8th Street, Miami. I have not independently confirmed this yet.

Then we cut to Silvio’s. We first see an exterior establishing shot. This was stock footage from California. It was filmed at 8478 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, CA. Thanks to airtommy at miamiviceonline.com for finding this location.

Then we go inside. This may have been filmed on location at the old firestation #4, 1000 South Miami Ave., Miami that we saw used in Better Living Through Chemistry but I have not confirmed this yet.

Then we see an upset Tubbs meet up with Ramon at his residence. We have seen this location before. This was filmed on location at 46 Star Island and we have seen this address used in Free Verse and Baseballs of Death. It was also used in the movie, The Specialist

Then we see Sonny walking and talking with his son. This was filmed on location on Lincoln Road Mall. The Suntrust building that Sonny looks up at in Hit List is partially seen in the background. The camera has a very strong zoom working in this shot but I am 95+% sure they are walking eastbound opposite Euclid Ave in the 600 block of Lincoln Road Mall.

Then we go back to 46 Star Island.

Then it’s back to Caroline’s house. Filming location unknown.

Then we return to 46 Star Island for a pool party.

Then back to Caroline’s place. Filming location unknown.

Then we see Sonny track down Billy in a movie theater. Filming location unknown.

Then back to 46 Star Island.

We then return to the OCB first seeing an exterior establishing shot that we first saw used in Trust Fund Pirates. This same footage had also been seen re-used in Theresa.

Then we go inside. Filmed on set inside Stage A at Greenwich Studios.

This leads us to the drug deal which goes bad in a big way. Filmed on location in the blimp hangar at Opa-locka airport in Opa-locka FL. We saw this same hangar used in Evan and in the movie Bad Boys.
