The episode starts with a quick series of seedy night scenes. First of a woman in high heels. Not enough is seen to determine the location.

Then we see the Galway Theater. Filmed on location (stock footage) at 514 South Main Street, Los Angeles.

Then we see a street walker working in front of the 2000 blk of  Collins Ave., Miami Beach. We saw this same spot used in Streetwise.

Then we see Republic Liquor, 7th Street at Main Street in Los Angeles. U2 made this spot more famous by playing a concert on it’s roof. We saw it previously in Love at First Sight.

Then an unrecognized pub, likely in Los Angeles. Location unknown.

Then we see quick, jerky shots of Downtown Miami.

Then skid row shots. Locations unknown.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of a small house. Filming location unknown.

Then we go inside. Likely filmed inside the same unknown locations.

Then we see an establishing shot of New York City.

We see Valerie answer the call in a low end apartment. Filming location unknown.

Then we return to Yvonne’s house where Swain continues on his rampage. Filming location unknown.

Then we cut to the interior of the OCB. Filmed on set inside Greenwich Studios.

Then we cut back to Yvonne’s where the disturbance continues. Location unknown.

Tubbs arrives in the rear and sends Swain running. Location unknown.

Then we see the standard season 5 opening montage.

Act 1 opens inside a hospital. Appears to have been filmed on location but filming location is unknown.

We see stock footage of an airliner landing and then go inside the OCB. Filmed on studio set.

Then we see Valerie at Yvonne’s house. Filming location unknown.

Then we cut to the interior of the OCB where Stan is having difficulty giving up his gambling. Filmed on studio set.

Next we see an exterior establishing shot of Raul’s. 19850 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles. We have seen this exterior used previously in episodes, 43 Trust Fund Pirates, 48 Walk Alone, 79 Rock And A Hard Place, and 95 Borrasca.

Then we go inside a restaurant where Valerie and Rico are having a dinner date. Filming location unknown.

Then we return to Yvonne’s where she proves to be a real POS. Filming location unknown.

Then we return to the interior of the OCB. Filmed on studio set.

Then we return to Yvonne’s where she has been killed. Filming location unknown.

Then we see Valerie meeting with Crockett and Tubbs at an outdoor cafe. Apparently they are handling the case and looking for Lynette as the Homicide Division is on vacation or something. This was filmed on location at Woody’s on The Beach, now the Savoy Hotel. 425-455 Ocean Drive. We have seen this address used previously in Baseballs of Death and Hard Knocks.

We see Izzy on the beach scamming the elderly. Valerie and Rico walk down the beach stairs at the rear of 325 Ocean Drive and turn north to meet Izzy so his location was likely on the beach in that area.
